TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors offers manufacturers, to free-up capacity in their own wafer fab or to define a second sourcing for their customers, an optimized business model for production transfer in a timely and cost-effective way.
We provide this service for BCDMOS, BiCMOS, Analog Bipolar, and discrete component technologies. Our methodology is proven and provides a cost effective business model to our customers.
Flow Proposal
• Non Disclosure Agreement, Business Agreement
• Feasibility: Compatibility Analysis between lines and processes using FMEA approach
• Project team build-up (members are TELEFUNKEN staff and Customer staff),
Project schedule and objectives set-up
• Technology Introduction Plan definition including Pilot Product choice and Qualification Plan
• Process and Equipment Installation and Steps Validation as required
• Process and Product Qualification with Customer
• Statistical Process Control and Yield-up program
• Release to production and ramp-up
